i had a manager and one leadership expert indicate that he was not responsible for motivating a person to his or her job. You appear to suggest to suggest that is not necessarily the case, least. Is it only crisis situations that a manager should provided such motivation? Are there other situations that such motivation should be provided? Or, is it in all situations?
