Do you have any resources (texts, recordings, seminars, etc.) you'd recommend folks engage with and leverage when making the case for implementing more DEI efforts? I don't have a lot of clout in my current role/at my current company but I recognize my voice still has an impact, so I am trying to strategize how I make the case for why my company should make more overt DEI efforts (ex. hire an external agency to aid us in building out DEI initiatives, have them do a DEI audit of the company, etc.) Thank you!
