How do you handle a meeting where the in-person team gets lunch for being in the office when you have remote team members logging in? My thought is do away with the lunch or send DoorDash e-cards to the remote team members. I would love to get the speaker's take on this. I also feel there are bigger issues that need to be addressed so the meeting is engaging and successful for all attendees.
