I am an older female with some resume gaps from being a primary caregiver. I want to pivot into a new career in tech as a PM, but have read that the tech industry is difficult for woman to break into and is also especially ageist. I just finished a Master of Science in Management degree and am currently completing a course in Agile Project Management. I’ve also quite a bit of successful project management work experience, but mostly in marketing. What are some recommendations for further developing my skill set to make me more marketable for a PM job?
