I am 67 years old and have held senior executive roles for 25 + years for different organizations. I want to stay active and continue to contribute to the success of companies. In my job search, not sure if I should stay on track with similar senior positions or scale down / switch focus in order to find the best match. What is Adunola`s experience with employers hiring people between 65 - 70 ?
