I am trying to land a job without prior experience in that particular role. I found it difficult. Employers don't even consider me for the new role. To be more specific, most of my prior experience is as a developer/software engineer. I want to move my carrier in the direction of product (business) design, product/project/program management. I hope you have advice/insight for me.
