Bridging Generations: Unlocking the Potential & Overcoming Challenges of Multi-Generational Teams

Amplifying Black Excellence

As the workforce evolves, Gen Z is poised to surpass Baby Boomers in full-time roles, creating a dynamic environment with employees spanning nearly 50 years of experience and perspectives. While younger professionals often lead in tech and AI adaptability, seasoned colleagues contribute valuable interpersonal skills and institutional knowledge. Successfully bridging these generational differences requires intentional strategies to foster collaboration and mutual growth. In this fireside chat, Dr. Alexandria White, Senior Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ReBoot Accel, will share insights on empowering diverse teams to thrive in the future of work. Join us for a thought-provoking discussion to explore actionable approaches for leveraging multi-generational strengths and overcoming workplace challenges.
