We are looking for a Team Lead for Service Line to manage and grow our delivery team in Almaty. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance technical delivery with people leadership. You will guide your team, support customers, and make sure our services run smoothly and effectively. You will join a collaborative environment where leadership means both supporting your team and staying close to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the local delivery team, ensuring services meet expectations
- Deliver and oversee solutions in Windows Server, Azure, O365, SQL, AD/AAD, and IT Security
- Allocate workload, track progress, and manage risks to keep projects on time and budget
- Handle escalations, resolve challenges, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering collaboration and growth
- Work closely with global teams to align delivery standards and share best practices
