Team Lead for Service Line

We’re looking for a Team Lead for Service Line to manage and grow our delivery team in Almaty. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance technical delivery with people leadership. You’ll guide your team, support customers, and make sure our services run smoothly and effectively.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead the daily operations of the local delivery team, ensuring services meet expectations.
  • Deliver and oversee solutions in Windows Server, Azure, O365, SQL, AD/AAD, and IT Security.
  • Allocate workload, track progress, and manage risks to keep projects on time and budget.
  • Handle escalations, resolve challenges, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Work closely with global teams to align delivery standards and share best practices.
