    We are searching for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to expand our Strategic customer accounts in Germany. This person will be mainly responsible for the vertical FSI but our search is not only limited to that. Our focus is to find the right Strategical player that loves orchestrating large accounts and takes full responsibility over this lucrative patch. Our Strategic Enterprise Account Executives do create a long-term relationship. All our sales are individual contributors, focused on building businesses and growing the Elastic footprint within very large enterprise accounts, and ensuring our customers are successfully leveraging Elastic (cloud) solutions across their organization.     What You Will Be Doing:
    • Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within some of our largest Enterprise accounts in Germany
    • Uncovering new use cases within Cyber Security, AIops and Search within your territory
    • Working closely with a pre-defined set of customers to identify business opportunities based on Elastic solutions and build clear and concise business and investment cases
    • Traveling to on-site meetings with key stakeholders in Germany on a regular basis
    • Collaborating across Elastic business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Building and executing a robust business plan for your territory to achieve significant Elastic reach and growth within your accounts
    What You Bring With You:
    • A strong and positive customer-first mindset with a consultative and outcome-based approach
    • A track record of +8 years of success in selling complex SaaS and Services/Consulting solutions to large companies, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong and relevant customer references
    • Strong and solid prospecting and pipeline development skills
    • Resilience senior player with the will to succeed
    • Strong knowledge of leading and orchestrating global and international accounts
    • The ability to build relationships and credibility with both Developers and Executives
    • An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and the community of users who rely on our solutions every single day
    • German & English speaker. This is a mandatory requirement.
