Atlassian is looking for an R&D Business Partnering to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A). In this highly visible position, you'll oversee the operational plan of the Atlassian R&D organization and help influence both us and product & platform strategy. You will partner directly with the highest levels of R&D leadership and drive value with a focus on leading the company's annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.

This is a fully remote role, reporting into our Head of FP&A Business Partners (G&A/R&D) with a PST/MST timezone requirement.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $162,500 - $216,600

Zone B: $146,200 - $194,900

Zone C: $134,800- $179,800

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
