Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition marketing strategy, optimizing core and proven channels, while anticipating and testing new channels to hit revenue and financial goals
  • End-to-end marketing campaign creation, tracking, optimization, and analysis
  • Own and manage client acquisition & retention marketing to drive bookings and retention while optimizing CAC and LTV
  • Own tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs; create structure and process around marketing analytics and budget management
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Product team to strategize and execute A/B funnel tests (including landing pages), deepening the team’s understanding of consumer path to conversion at various stages of marketing and product lifecycle and improving marketing ROI
  • In partnership with brand leadership and legal, manage execution of creative briefs and collaborating/brainstorming with brand and creative to keep digital assets fresh and relevant; partner with internal creative teams and external performance agencies on campaign execution
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns are being sent error free and implement new quality assurance processes as needed.
  • Monitor blacklists, unsubscribes, churn, deliverability, and other related metrics to protect the health of the database.
  • Implement new tools and features as needed to improve the effectiveness of marketing channels and development of internal documentation as needed.

Qualifications

Based in the DC, MD, or Northern Virginia area. Role is hybrid with some in person meeting time required.

Experienced Marketer with 8+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing.

Direct to consumer background required 

Service based business experience a plus

Comfort with setting appropriate KPIs, collecting and analyzing cross-functional performance data, and using insights to drive action.

Multi-Channel Growth - You have deep experience in creating strategies for organic and paid growth through multiple stages of scale for high-growth companies.

Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and cultivating collaborative partnerships at all levels and departments of an organization.

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.

Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or other related degree

Experience with a variety of marketing channels.

Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
