Atlassian is looking for a collaborative Senior Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Strategic Programmes Team. You will create quality, efficiency and velocity for all of Atlassian through the expansion and adoption of our global programs related to Talent Acquisition. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within a globally distributed team and to touch a variety of work streams. What you'll do:- Partner and provide strategic direction with the team to help reach our program goals at a global level.
- Manage a variety of program initiatives. Build on program initiatives in partnership with program SMEs.
- Create compelling presentations and reports guided by data and effective storytelling that enable stakeholders to make educated and informed decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings amongst internal stakeholders to drive agreement and decisions to advance programme goals.
- Participate in updating and owning parts of the operational calendar/cadence for programs with the team to ensure delivery of roadmap on a weekly basis.
- Engage with key leaders within each business stream to influence and motivate change.
- You will engage with cross functional teams to build positive and collaborations and ensure programmes are operating and implementing according to goals and needs.
- Manage, direct, and drive communications. This includes audiences from within the Talent Acquisition function and across various business teams where programs are live
- Ensure successful implementation across the company where programs are live
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and People programs.
- Successful track record in implementing, and delivering key people programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs
- Experience in project management and delivering high quality presentations, communications, and artefacts to several stakeholder audiences
- Experience working with large-scale, change and transformations, including knowledge of change management best practices
- Formal training in Agile methodology, technology, and product development is beneficial
