This non-traditional Sales role is based in our Sydney office. Our Solution Sales team builds and implements an effective sales strategy. They drive adoption of select products and services to our Enterprise customer base. At the same time, we want you to be a champion for our customers, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams and helping us optimise our customer experience.

You will report to the Manager, Enterprise Sales ANZ and you will collaborate with a wider sales team covering the Public Sector - ANZ territory. If you are an ambitious, self sufficient team-player who is customer-focused, is able to operate strategically and manage scale- We'd love you on our team!
What you'll do
  • Create a clear vision for your territory involving the Australian, NZ Federal and State government sector at Atlassian.
  • Focus on Enterprise Agreements across Government entities whilst driving pipeline activities to produce ongoing revenue.
  • Communicate on funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges and successes
  • As the CEO of your business, you'll work with other parts of the Atlassian Team/Franchise (channel managers, SEs, inside sales, marketing, services, support, product management, and finance/legal) to ensure customers are supported and educated on the benefits of Scaled Agile, Service Management, Work Management & DevOps.
  • Partner, partner, partner - outstanding accomplishments are the result of great teamwork, and success at the enterprise level "takes a community". Work closely and openly with Atlassian partners and the Atlassian community to build your government-focused territory.

What you'll bring
  • 5-10 years of experience in senior Sales role underpinned by integrity and commitment
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise sales processes in a sophisticated, yet rapid sales environment
  • Experience developing and owning advanced Territory/Sales plans, POV's and GTM campaigns.
  • Knowledge and experience focused on the Australian & NZ Public Sector.
  • Experience guiding a team of cross disciplinary sales process participants in complex environments to achieve sales objectives
  • Proven track record closing complex transactions across the entire sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders .
  • Demonstrated ability developing key customer relationships and are comfortable operating at the Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Director level whilst hosting Executive Briefings.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
