Atlassian is looking for a talented Senior Front End Software Engineer to join the Confluence Cloud team in Mountain View. You'll work as part of a small but rapidly growing high-energy team delivering incredible, creative improvements to our product. You'll collaborate with other developers to write the best code for the project and deliver amazing results that our users love.

We are the Confluence Cloud Enterprise Experience team, responsible for FE infrastructure that supports team growth and enterprise experience. Our team's goal is to improve performance, especially for enterprise customers, make pages more interactive, prevent performance degradation, maintain code base scalability, and improve the tech stack.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $176,200 - $234,900

Zone B: $158,600 - $211,500

Zone C: $146,300 - $195,000

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
