The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and overseeing a functional team under a new EPM Cloud platform for the Finance organization. The position will be a critical role for the team responsible for managing stakeholder communications, addressing functional requirements, delivering business requests, and establishing operational processes. The successful candidate will also interface directly with Finance leaders, gain insights to various business processes within Finance, and lead key initiatives to automate and streamline manual processes.Functional Responsibilities »    Establish and oversee a functional team under a new EPM platform for the Finance Organization.»    Manage the platform to provide efficient and effective functional support for financial close and planning.»    Possess functional analytic and technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling issues raised on the EPM tool.»    Manage a team that gathers business requirements, translates them into Functional Design Document, designs, and configures functional changes such as dashboards, cube views, and workflows in the platform based on agreed business requirements.»    Utilize JIRA platform to manage, track, and maintain service requests and incidents allowing resource capacity and utilization to be reported for management views.»    Perform compliance and SOX control activities.  Interact with Internal Audit and Compliance teams to provide requested supporting documents.»    Streamline reconciliation and manual processes via BI, automation, and other tools.»    Create training materials and provide training for business users and less experienced team members to broaden their knowledge on the EPM tool to be able to self-service.»    Create Standard Operating Procedures to transfer appropriate operational activities to junior team members.»    Manage access provisioning in OneStream and Identity Access Management tools and maintain existing user access in the legacy system.»    Possess business acumen and customer service mindset to deliver high quality products.   Qualifications:»   Bachelor or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems »   3+ years of experience in system operations and business analysis for IT projects/implementation»   Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve common business goals.»   Desirable understanding of EPM tools such as Hyperion and OneStream in budgeting, forecasting or related finance field.»   Desirable knowledge in Visual Basic .NET, SQL Server, Power BI, and AWS Data Factory architecture and services.»   Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.   Key Competencies:»    Well-developed problem-solving and analytic capabilities, strong organizational, management, and communication skills»    Possess the ability to work and lead discussions with other teams and be sensitive to their needs and obligations. »    Possess positive attitude under pressure to meet tight deadlines by working independently and as a member of a team.
