• Delivery of effective Messaging and Collaboration solutions as well as creation of associated design and operating documentation
• Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Office 365, Exchange, PowerShell
• Perform periodic infrastructure applications assessments and documentation review as part of our application governance
• Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms Integrating M365 Suite with workflow applications.
• Effectively and independently take on and manage tasks/work inside multiple projects simultaneously
• Work seamlessly with other Moody’s IT teams on complex engineering projects
• Triage of complex technical issues related to messaging and Infrastructure applications and a multitude of other variables in the mix
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure is crucial
• Contribute to the tech strategy and approach for our new ways of working and the future of work 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years in IT industry in windows based environments
• Minimum 2 years in a senior engineering role
• Strong understanding and experience on Microsoft core infrastructure, M365 Technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Azure AD Conditional Access
• Proficiency with Teams/Exchange Management Shell, O365/Azure PowerShell scripting
• Ability to be able to document, diagram, and flowchart complex design concepts is a must
• Strong communication; verbal, written and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively present information in both technical and non-technical terms
• Ability to evaluate solutions from both an engineering and business / end-user perspective
• Capacity to organize and lead efforts of L3 Collaboration & Mobility Engineering group 

 The candidate will be joining a very dynamic environment where they will be expected to take on challenges, be able to comfortably multitask, prioritize many different project/daily tasks and deliver on time. The candidate is expected to be able to independently lead projects from start to end (technology research, tool selection, solution design, solution engineering, testing, implementation and hand over to operations).  Innovation and the eagerness to continuously keep up to date with the most cutting-edge technologies are among the key qualities that this candidate must have.   WORKWEEK & HOURS:  40 hours - Mon – Fri. Shift flexibility is required depending on business requirements. Must be flexible to work additional hours as required to meet project deadlines.  Perform all other duties and responsibilities as required by the immediate manager/supervisor.  Location: Costa Rica office minimum 2 days a week / hybrid     Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
