Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates some proven knowledge and exposure to the common business and accounting issues facing privately held companies in industries, such as manufacturing, retail, distribution and services. Technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.S. GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards in the United States (U.S. GAAS) emphasizing an overall extensive understanding - for the respective industry - of the applicable business and accounting issues, and technical accounting and financial reporting standards. Demonstrates some proven abilities and/or record of success as a team member within the US Assurance practice of a global network of professional services consulting firms, including the following Areas:
