• Manage a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other customers to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Review and approve code, ensuring consistency to coding standards. Be responsible for the design and implementation of system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

1. 8+ or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or proven experience with a PhD
2. Should have strong experience designing and developing Java and J2EE applications a with experience in REST APIs, JSON and exposure to container-based technologies
3. Understand the Security requirements and standards, and modern trends in Security risks as well as technologies.
4. You have strong experience with Agile development incorporating Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, applying technologies such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Crucible, Sonar, JUnit.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging and fixing.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
7. Experience in leading a team and guiding team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
