About your role:  

As our New Journeys Program Manager, you will directly lead up to 6 employees, providing training, supervision, and employee hiring and performance duties.   This program works with clients and their families, ages 14-40, to assess their needs, provide education about psychosis and how to manage it, and improve their communication and problem-solving skills.  The Program Manager will provide assessments, assist with Community agency referrals and resources, coordinate crisis services, and general oversight to the program, to ensure quality behavioral health services are provided.

Does the following apply to you?  

  • Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW or LMFT
  • Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks

   

Preferred but not required:   

  • Prior experience as a Clinical Supervisor
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience working with clients experiencing SPMI in a community based setting
