Media Ad Ops & Content Specialist We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Media Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in driving personalized and relevant ad content through our Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping implementing dynamic ad strategies, monitoring reporting capabilities, and ensuring the high quality and accuracy of ad-serving. This role requires a good understanding of ad-serving technologies, programmatic buying platforms, and experience in media-related roles within agencies or client teams. What you’ll do:
- Help implement dynamic ad strategies focused on driving personalization and relevancy of ad content delivered through our DSPs
- Work on enabling and monitoring reporting capabilities for digital media, including error detection reporting to ensure high quality and accuracy of ad-serving
- Ensuring that campaign performance is adequately monitored, and any performance and delivery issues are communicated to the wider team
- Manage dashboards for performance and quality measurement, to provide the activation teams with relevant campaign insights to optimize media buys, and to provide leadership with high level views on campaign performance
- Work with the Digital Media activation and cross-channel Media Ops team to implement a clear naming taxonomy across all campaigns
- Troubleshoot any platform bugs or discrepancies in data to find fast and accurate resolutions
- Work with the creative Brand teams to ensure creative specs are being adhered to and we are receiving and activating assets as needed in upcoming campaigns.
- Regularly catching up with Brand stakeholders on performance and status of ad content, keeping informed and aware of any upcoming ad content, and pro-actively requesting changes and updates to content for performance optimization's
- 3+ years in a media related role within an agency or client team.
- Good understanding of ad-serving and dynamic creative technologies, particularly Google Campaign Manager, Google Studio, and the suite of GMP products
- Understanding and experience of programmatic buying platforms, capabilities, and the eco-system as a whole
- Good understanding and experience working with MS office tools, particularly Excel and Power point
- Experience working with Agile practices and tools
