Job Description As a key member of the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team, you are accountable for collaborating with business stakeholders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goal. Additionally, you are the essential link between candidates, hiring managers, talent acquisition team and HR personnel, ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive recruitment & candidate experience.  This role reports to the TA Business & Service Lead supporting the recruitment for South Asia timezone is required, however this position may be partially remote if needed. The work location will be our offices located in either Bangalore/India or Dhaka/Bangladesh.  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Manage the recruitment life-cycle for mid-to-senior and strategic positions from interview to offer and onboarding, to ensure an efficient, positive and effective recruitment experience for all hiring managers, candidates and recruitment suppliers;
  • Partner with stakeholders at different levels and take a consultative approach to address their recruitment need and hire for future including but not limited to workforce planning, recruitment strategies deelopment and D&I goals;
  • Proactively partnering with the hiring managers and HR business partners to review, advise and develop appropriate interview & assessment contents to evaluate the candidates based on competencies;
  • Able to utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the TA Sourcers;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Willing to drive a high degree of initiative and intuition, challenging the status quo, adding innovative and growth mindset, incorporating best practice and driving change;
  • Back-up support to other TA Business Partners in Asia Pacific as required;
  • Support Campus Hiring during campus seasons from demand planning to offer creation; 
  • Providing support or co-lead with other team members on regional and global recruitment projects as necessary.
Qualifications WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
  • Diploma or degree holder of Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Proven 6+ years of relevant TA partnering experiences from a sizable and matrix organization
  • Understanding of employment regulations and laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem solving skills & time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
  • Relate well with people and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and culturally diverse environment
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good knowledge in TA best practices, recruitment tools and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to communicate other Asian dialect is a plus
