About your Role:

As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you provide services to adult clients in the community focusing on aspects of substance abuse and other mental health issues. Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of client strengths, substance abuse, mental health needs and biophysical histories. Meeting with clients regularly to provide individual and group counseling, intervention techniques and crisis assessments, linking clients to community resources as needed.

• Competitive pay - $45,000-$55,000/year dependent on certification
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Consistent weekday schedule- M-F 8:30am-5:00pm

Does the following apply to you?

• Active status of at least one of the following certifications: CAC-I, CAC-II, GCADC-I, CADC, CADC-T or CCIT 
• Valid GA driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
• Satisfactory results of Criminal Background Check
