Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to a positive employee experience, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment by maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations (in France) as well as creating and updating policies
  • Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures, as well as on organization change management, employee relations, performance management and employee development.
  • Work in partnership with the People Business Partners to support people initiatives and projects.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
  • Conduct various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary matters
  • As required, contribute to the rollout of People projects and initiatives
  • Will be dedicated to the support of Moody's Investors Service


As a People Regional Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the People Business Partners to support people initiatives and projects.
  • Enhancing positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Conducting various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary matters.
  • Contributing to the rollout of People projects and initiatives as required.
  • Dedicated support to Moody’s Investors Service.


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years’ experience in a generalist HR environment, gained within the global financial services sector and will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, autonomy, and a sense of priorities.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Ability to use discretion and handle uncertainty, change, and ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior managers and influence them.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior professional experience in or with an EMEA country other than France (Italy, Spain, etc.) will be highly regarded.
