Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) Strategy for the India market. You will be a strategic leader for Autodesk's AEC business in India, coordinating and defining important go-to-market strategies. We are looking for an understanding of the Indian market dynamics, spanning the public sector, engineering consultancies, architects, and the contractor market. You will also need to demonstrate ability to collaborate with different teams.
This new role, you will shape our AECO country strategy, align with important company partners from sales, marketing, and product leadership, and build relationship with our visionary customers. You’ll develop a country plan, develop the expansion strategy, and inspire internal and external contributors to achieve impressive goals and monitor results.
Additionally, you will establish and nurture industry partnerships and alliances. This will involve identifying potential partners, fostering strategic relationships, attending industry events, coordinating with other teams to align with partner strategies, staying informed about industry trends, and evaluating and improving our partnership strategies.
Autodesk is in a period of exciting and dynamic change as we continue to expand market share through various business growth initiatives and our platform strategy. You will have input into the shape, direction, and growth of the organisation as we transition through this change and plan for the future.
You will report to Asia Pacific AEC Market Strategy Leader at Autodesk in a remote working set up.
