ABOUT YOUR  ROLE

To manage & accountable for the Global Quality Project team for the overall Global & Cross-Regions quality related project planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role reports to the Global Quality Director and the primary focus is on driving key quality assurance activities to ensure our products meet or exceed customer expectations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Accountable for all assigned quality projects.
• Work closely with project sponsor, business owners and all stakeholders to collect facts, quality problems & concerns and conduct data analysis, drive problem-solving process & propose solution.
• Manage the definition of project scope, resource identification, scheduling of project timeline and design of detailed project tasks with action and risk management control mechanism.
• Identify opportunities/gaps to drive ETE manufacturing QA process excellence across global sites.
• Align & Track project deliverables, report on progress of the project & presentation to ASLT/Sponsor/Leaders using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate needed quality workshop/trainings with Global Functions and Operation teams in globe.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• 8+ years relevant experience in project management and management consulting.
• Good project management skills with knowledge.
• Good facilitation, relationship building and communication skills.
• Excellent team player and fast learner, willing to collaborate with cross-regions/functions teams. Proactive and take initiative with demonstrated problem management and solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills on change management and business transformation
• Detail oriented; strong logical thinking, strong analytical skills & organizational skills.
• Comfort and confidence in interacting with / presenting to all levels in an organization.
• Ability to influence effectively without authority.
• Proactively identify potential issues, making decisions with limited information, & acting expediently.
• Profound verbal, presentation and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Global vision and mindset preferable.
• Background in Manufacturing Quality Management / Project Management is a plus.
• Business travel required. Global calls at China night time are expected.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in project or quality management related.
• Project Management Professional holders preferable.
