Job Description What you get to do in this role:
- Recruit, mentor and manage Curriculum Development and QA team based in India.
- Work with Content Portfolio Managers and other stakeholders to maintain a matrixed work model and a pipeline for upcoming projects for the Quality Analysts.
- Act as primary point of contact for all Curriculum Developers and Quality Analyst for all requirements, escalations, and reports.
- Mentor and develop team members through frequent coaching and feedback to help the team achieve their performance and professional goals
- Review and evaluate the learning content for quality
- Ensure ADDIE model and all design standards are applied consistently through standard processes
- Perform quarterly and annual performance evaluations
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and other stakeholders to identify learning needs, provide progress updates, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure smooth implementation of learning products.
- Implement process improvement strategies through project planning, reporting, and quality mechanisms
- Create and manage the strategy for highlighting team goals, projects, and projects to global stakeholders
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- 4+ years of people management experience and Quality Audit preferably in a leadership or program management role.
- Detailed understanding of all aspects of managing a Quality Analyst team including process, guidelines, methodology, as well as skills assessments, and operations.
- Experience working with global teams and flexibility to work US hours (35-40 % of the work time)
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and project management.
- Experience developing and implementing goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
- Strong self-directed program management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and application, including, but not limited to: adult learning theory, needs assessment approaches and techniques, performance analysis methods and techniques, methods and techniques for developing learning and behavioral outcomes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in global environment
- Experience and proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in Articulate authoring tools such as Rise and Storyline 360
- Demonstrated proficiency with SCORM compliant production tools
- Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate
