Summary:

In this role, you will drive digital engagement, foster collaboration, and enhance communication across the organization through the Vizient Community platform. You will play a crucial role in leveraging technology and platforms to connect internal and external providers, streamline workflows and promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the maintenance, growth, and enhancement of the Vizient Community platform including technical considerations, communication, and change management across departments.
  • Create, coordinate, update, and deliver internal and external training and materials relevant to the Vizient Community including documentation and promotion of best practices across the platform.
  • Coordinate and support efforts with Vizient Community group managers around day-to-day digital content creation, management, and implementation activities on the platform, including crafting digital content and communications.
  • Perform data preparation, testing and quality assurance, and complete project oversight while managing multiple moving parts and adhering to various timelines.
  • Support and communicate key Community business intelligence such as metrics, trends, insights, opportunities, and risks via reports and dashboards, working with leaders and group managers to understand engagement and value during a provider’s journey on the platform. 
  • Contribute to ongoing identification, business requirements, scoping, and prioritization of enhancements to features, functionality, and overall experience of the Community platform.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the Connections business and other internal Vizient departments.
  • Nurture and curate digital collaboration strategy including standardization of processes, tools, delivery, and codification of content and deliverables.
  • Maintain familiarity with Vizient CRM and techno-functional capabilities and related IT system and business application capabilities to help identify areas for continuous improvement and enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. 
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience required. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power BI, Google Analytics/GA4, digital content management and other digital collaboration platforms serving a large customer base is required.
  • Proficiency in image and video editing, as well as storyboard creation required.
  • In-depth understanding of current and future virtual and digital connection trends required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in data management and manipulation required.
  • Experienced in Machine Learning, AI, Chatbots to streamline processes and enhance quality preferred.
  • Experience with Data Loader or Workbench is desired.
  • Experience with Linkedin Learning, Docebo, Sitecore, Event Ready, Salesforce, Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce mobile publisher experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet skills with expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Dynamics and Salesforce.com reporting experience is preferred.
  • Proven digital influencer with strategies to drive engagement across multiple platforms as well as train others to be influencers within their groups.
  • Must be highly collaborative, able to structure problems, conduct analyses, sense-make, and articulate recommendations inclusive of process improvement and standardization.
  • Independent, creative, and strategic thinker, able to prioritize the digital customer experience.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
