Visa Innovation is looking to hire a Director Digital Identity, who can drive and shape both payments strategy and product roadmap for digital identity in Europe. The role will engage with partners externally and work closely across functions in Visa's innovation group in Europe, stakeholders in the wider product organisation and geography teams in the markets, as well as with other key functions both in Europe and globally. Thus the role requires a very high degree of cross functional collaboration and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to payments strategy and product roadmap for digital identity.
• Develop business cases representing new regional opportunities.
• Bring high levels of proficiency in writing and managing EPICs, user stories, business and product requirements.
• Work with clients, partners and standards bodies to balance regulatory compliance with competitive edge.
• Lead client & partner workshops & sprints to validate business and product requirements.
• Partner the design, solutions & tech teams to drive trusted personalized product and user experiences.
• Own product research and analytics to drive data informed decisions.
• Own key product pilot initiative workstreams, to take solutions from definition & validation into piloting. Lead deployment and testing, capture feedback, iterate and improve.
• Own pilot execution runway including client and partner contracting across markets for business cases being tested.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Define pilot go to market strategies and successfully manage new products and features building a de-risked ramp for commercialization at scale.
• Own, evaluate, improve OKRs like conversion rates & revenue targets for pilots.
• Produce assets from product positioning to product sheets, presentations etc.
• Champion Visa’s digital identity solutions internally and externally.
• Act as a thought leader on market trends, competition, regulation and emerging technologies.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• University degree in computer science, business, engineering, or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• Product management across SaaS/Fintech/payments or similar.
• Expertise in trust service technologies across identity management, risk & fraud, payments authentication, customer data platforms, consent & privacy management.
• Track record in identity solutions development across open banking, wallet & card schemes for online and POS payments.
• Experience in driving third party technology partnerships and contract management.
• Extensive experience using agile, working in matrixed teams.
• Ability to drive a great partnership with designers and technical teams.
• Ability to steer complex decisions, great product storyteller, able to convincingly present product roadmap & business cases.
• A passion for solving the problems of the future through innovation, technology & design.
