Healthfirst seeks a Senior Manager, Organizational Development and Talent who will contribute to our growth and effectiveness by leading our employee experience and talent planning efforts across the company in addition to serving as a subject matter expert on a variety of OD/OE projects. This role reports to the VP Organizational Development.The person in this role will define and implement cohesive, integrated, planned packages of tools/techniques used to better understand our strengths and needs in terms of employee experience and talent planning. They will determine how to measure our end-to-end employee experience, implement the measurement, and form recommendations about making this an even better place to work. In addition, they will define and implement a talent planning approach that integrates and/or upgrades existing efforts and adds new technologies and tools. This work requires deep collaboration across the HR team, leaders, employees, and potentially vendors.In your capacity an OD/OE subject matter expert, you will collaborate with a HR business partners and/or others across HR and diagnose needs, then design and implementing OD/OE interventions aimed at increasing individual, team, or organizational effectiveness. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide projects, programs, or initiatives, ensuring timely implementation, with content and materials focused on an easy, simple, end-user experience.
- Primary designer and lead on a variety of initiatives, with a focus on employee experience and talent planning.
- Develop frameworks for understanding employee experience and talent planning and create communications and change plans which implement these initiatives.
- Develop tools and processes using a variety of technologies which allow HRBPs and leaders to identify our future talent needs, understand our current skill strengths/gaps, and plan for a successful future where our organization has the talent needed to continue delivering our strategy.
- Develop measures, tools, and processes using a variety of technologies which allow us to understand our employees’ end-to-end experiences and create action plans for continuously improving the employee experience as the world of work and our employees’ need change.
- Measure the impact of employee experience and talent planning initiatives, and continuously improve the implementation and impact of the initiatives.
- Identify, collaborate with, and manage vendors as needed.
- Collaboratively act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on a variety of OD/OE projects, as needed.
- Identify root causes of issues using qualitative and quantitative information and scientific methods.
- Recommend proven, research-based solutions which increase individual/team/organizational effectiveness.
- Implement solutions by partnering with leaders and HR colleagues.
- Actively participate in external/internal networks and research to remain current with research, new technology, innovations, and emerging industry talent.
- Keep developing your expertise, and freely and generously develop those around you with interest in your field.
- 7 years' experience of deep knowledge in employee experience and talent planning.
- 5+ years' experience leading complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Experience diagnosing organizational needs and developing and implementing of OD/OE interventions.
- Strong verbal, facilitation, consulting, and influence skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications and content: concise, clear, simple.
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with senior stakeholders and across HR.
- High school diploma AND relevant experience in employee experience & talent planning.
- Degree in a related field.

- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $119,900 - $183,430
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $102,600 - $156,655
