Job Title: Utilities Technician Seeking a multi-trades Utilities Technician to conduct utilities maintenance to join our team. Responsible for maintaining and repairing building facilities and utilities equipment. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- $4,000 Sign-on Bonus!
- Will start on a Monday - Friday day shift schedule and eventually transition to a 12 hour 2/2/3 night shift schedule
- An hourly pay rate of $38.85-$40.85

- Plans & completes all preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility and office equipment to include but not limited to the following: Boiler water treatment, Boiler steam and condensate systems, Ammonia refrigeration system (chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, air handling units, etc.)
- Maintain reverse osmosis (RO) system and components
- Monitor and control all wastewater recycling center equipment
- Provides improvement project support as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, boiler, and knowledge of chilled water glycol systems. Refrigeration certification preferred. Ability to technically maintain equipment. Technical associate degree or certificate preferred
- RETA Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) certification required within 6-12 months of employment
- Ability to manage work orders and review maintenance plans and optimize to drive reliability of equipment
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to maintain, optimize and improve production equipment, with key plant indicators such as safety, quality, cost.
- Use of mechanical system – hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical drive systems
