Job Description
  1. Buy competitively and Wisely
  2. Develop company's spend category strategy and drive annual Plan of Purchase while monitoring market conditions , upcoming trends  & and focus on minimum provision hit.
  3. Streamline process flow for an  un-Interrupted service department .
  4. Evaluate , designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business process through VSM mapping while developing good relationship with cross-functional teams to ensure business process out-comes are in harmony with an organization business goals ( OGSM).
  5. Develop policies and supplier alignment with compliance requirement.
  6. Build consensus with business unit stakeholders and other support groups (Finance, HR, Sales etc), translate negotiated agreements into contracts while coordinating with compliance and legal managers.
  7. Contingency plan for Volatile market conditions.
  8. Construct a portfolio of qualified suppliers based on a quantitative and qualitative assessment of their value-added capabilities to the business as contingency plan for each.
  9. Benchmark Price model
  10. Best product at the correct prices is need to set-up in the system as a benchmark price for proper purchase requiting.  
  11. Supply Chain integration tool.
  12. Develop and maintain supply chain integration tool to analyze and monitor category spend, uncover sourcing opportunities, improving demand management, join process environment (interface front to back ), automate complex business process for more visibility  .
  13. Business reports.
  14. Examine available and potential solution demonstrate in report which can be evaluate management level with the proper visibility of the solution required to prepare in regular basis while meeting deadlines.
OTHER RESPONSIBLITIES
  1. Ensure ISO quality, Environment, health and safety standards are adhered to and all activities in the department are carried out in complaint with the Standard Operations Procedure.
  2. Continuously improve and develop your knowledge and skills in the job through training and development initiatives provided to you by the company.   
  3. Give feedback regarding your training to the in the  follow up on actions taken after training   
  4. Responsible that company policies , procedures and regulations are followed at all times and to  protect confidentiality of company and work related information at all times
Qualifications   WHAT WE WILL BE OOKING FOR IN YOU:
  1. Procurement Management with experience last three years in similar field 
  2. Purchasing skills , financial management skills , market research tactics, negotiation skills  , effective communication skills
  3. managing and working  under stressful situation on meeting deadlines of the projects  .
