Position Summary Job Summary: Light & Wonder ANZ are looking for a senior lead with strong experience in insights and analytics, including data management, data quality, data modeling, reporting & visualization, and customer segmentation. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Take responsibility for developing and maintaining data accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Quality: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Data Modelling: Create and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various data sources.
  • Analysis: Proficiently collect and analyse extensive and complex datasets using a range of analytical tools and techniques.
  • Reporting and Visualisation: Create reports and produce visualisations through BI tools to effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders, including executives and various teams.Insights and Trend Identification: Identify trends and patterns within data sets, interpret data to drive actionable insights that enhance customer, product, sales and business outcomes
  • Customer Segmentation and Market: conduct analysis to determine market segments, devise and implement customer behavioural analysis and provide actionable insights, devise execution on insights and post-implementation performance
  • Customer and product analytics: conduct analysis  to form the basis for continuous optimisation of customer product propositions, contribute to initiatives designed to understand key behaviors that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
  • VOC: Support, plan & implement insights program to address anticipated information needs across the value chain. Contribute to evolving our VoC program by focusing on customer data analysis to draw actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation that supports data analysis processes and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that promote growth and streamline operational efficiency.
  • Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis, identifying opportunities to utilise new tools and techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  Experience, Education and Qualification:
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications: Possession of appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business Analytics.
  • Proven Data Analysis Experience: Demonstrated experience leading insights to deliver business outcomes and business data analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of analysing extensive and intricate datasets.
  • Strong Analytical and Data Visualisation Skills: Proficiency in analytical skills and data visualisation, including experience in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Simplifying Complex Information: Ability to break down complex information and present it in a simple and effective manner.

  • May require domestic and international travel
