- Partnering with Optum Bank’s leaders and subject matter experts and with Optum Financial delivery teams with focus on multiple Optum Bank strategic delivery components
- Assist with managing project intake and infrastructure build out to ensure project is ready to be scheduled and resourced for delivery
- Work closely with business, technology and PMO to resolve project scheduling and resource conflicts
- Manage all aspects of project intake and delivery with transparency to business leaders
- Maintain constant knowledge of current, upcoming projects and sales growth development activities as they relate to scheduling
- Lead and participate in project meetings ensuring that proper materials are developed and/or updated to foster transparency across the broader team
- Communicate to Senior Management of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key deliverables
- Developing and maintaining relationships across the enterprise and within external entities
- Generate project plans and track efforts to ensure desired outcomes are met where applicable
- Provide feedback to leadership on overall delivery status, including financial and proactively work to help identify any risks or issues
- Work collaboratively with other leaders across the broader organization to ensure proper planning and quality delivery is achieved
- Engage in cyclical business planning and strategy development
- 5+ years of execution management and operations experience
- 5+ years of management experience directly leading projects, including senior leadership engagement and project execution
- Experience developing executive presentations and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven solid operational focus with demonstrated project and operational management, change management, and execution skills
- Health and/or financial industry experience
- Experience handling multiple, complex and competing priorities and projects
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Teams)
- Proficiency with MS Project and MS Visio
- Proven ability to influence and partner with business leaders
- Proven proactive in driving results with a disciplined follow-though approach
- Proven solid strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people related strategies and recommendations with business objectives
- Willing or flexible to travel and work schedule
