About your Role:

As a Family Finding Caseworker, you will work with children, youth and families across the county in conjunction with Children & Youth Services. Meeting with families to explain the Family Finding process, you will work to identify and contact relatives and/or other supportive adult relatives for children in foster care using a multitude of services and approved systems to gather data and coordinate meetings focused on developing plans for families to commit and maintain lifelong connections to the youth.

• $750 sign-on bonus- paid out:$250 after 90 days | $500 after 180 days
• Competitive pay rate

Does the following apply to you?

• A high school graduate or possession of a general equivalency diploma (GED) is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid Pennsylvania Drivers license with good driving record
