Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE-Offset and Digital PS technology   Promote and Position company’s Products and Innovation ,Understand the Printing and Packaging ecosystem and it needs, Emerging new technologies and trends , Product launches within an assigned geography,Printing and Packaging associations connect,knowledge sharing sessions across SA, Create competitive landscape  ,Drive Digitalisation -Internal and external ,Digital Marketing ,Provide training to customers -distributors and internal ,CFT engagement ,Distribution expansion strategy  road map -South Asia ,Secondary sales data collection and analysis ,Run customer loyalty program , YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:  
  • Market expansion through new products and new Innovative product lines
  • Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support
  • Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition (Aligning Value).
  • Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services.
  • Proactively identify new business partners using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers.
  •  Promote and launch our new product lines by coordinating with internal and external partners.
 
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit their findings and analysis to the team and management.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.
  • Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements.
  • Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing/growth programs for customers.
  • Creatively develop new applications for product lines.
 
  • Participate in territory planning, customer planning and territory reviews.  Develop and present SWOT analysis and make recommendations on products and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
  • Building customer relationships, run customer loyalty programs, Product training ,Run campaign on social media platforms

  Qualifications WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / science preferred / B Sc & MBA
  • 10-15 years related experience in B2C Sales / Direct Sales ONLY.
  • Team Management –
  • Traveling 10-15 days in a month .( Across South-Asia  )
  • Knowledge : Market, Product, Direct Selling Concept , 
  • Skill:-  Product launch,Selling, Negotiation, leadership,Go to Market,Customer loyalty Program
  • Aptitude:- Outgoing, Hard working, Sincere, Action oriented
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, research and report writing skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Skilled in developing clear, succinct articulation of communications objectives in the form of project briefs.
  • Possesses teamwork, leadership and facilitation skills in order to cut across many diverse functional disciplines
