With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

In this role, you will track changes to data stores and create actionable notifications for the data owners so they can achieve and maintain compliance with regulations around data use.

• Manage team staffing, career and performance management, and foster group dynamics to accomplish the team's mission.
• Work cross-site with other leaders to prioritize and formulate goal and strategy for the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and advanced capabilities within the team.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, managers, product management, and program management to ensure timely and high-quality solution development.
• Ensure the teams technical complexity is manageable and technical designs/output is scalable and user friendly.
