Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Consultant - Product Transformation (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:

• Develop and execute a strategy for taking Visa Product School and the Associate Product Manager program from a vision to a best in class learning program.
• Research, design, and implement curriculum that increases the talent level of our product managers.
• Assess vender offerings and manage relationships with external partners.
• Manage the delivery of Visa Product School offerings to target audiences, assess the effectiveness, and continuously improve content.
• Use data to drive decisions on how to improve Visa Product School.
• Develop communities of practice and alumni knowledge sharing opportunities.
• Coordinate with Visa product leaders to showcase best practices.
• Organize events to gather product people from across the company to learn from each other and share knowledge.
• Provide and propose change management and continuous improvement strategies by evaluating and assessing impact within the organization and implementing best practices, tools and methodologies.
• Position reports to the Employer’s Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a management consultant related occupation. 
• Managing and organizing work in Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Microsoft Project and Atlassian
• Mural and Canva.
• SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics and Microsoft Forms.
• Tableau and Power BI.

Worksite: Foster City, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: Up to 25% domestic travel is required.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $150,654.00 USD to $212,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
