    Job Requisition ID # 24WD77112 Position Overview Autodesk's Digital Customer Experiences team is looking for a Senior Platform Product Manager, with a track record of building systems that scale for medium to large organizations. You'll help us elevate the user experience and digital functionality for our customers with a number of horizontal capabilities. This is an exciting time to join our team, as we are reinventing the digital customer experience for millions of customers. You will be reporting to our Senior Director of Product, and you'll partner with internal technical teams, business analytics team members, and cross-functional stakeholders. You'll help us determine and prioritize what capabilities are needed for Autodesk to grow and scale exponentially. Responsibilities
    • Develop and prioritize a data-driven platform product roadmap
    • Define clear hypotheses and put mechanisms in place to track success over time and identify opportunity for improvements
    • Work with data to understand customer pain points, opportunities and use cases while translating them into technical requirements
    • Partner with our customer teams to understand and articulate user points of view, and translate these into product requirements
    • Partner with UX team to shape viable user experiences
    • Manage backlog and prioritize development efforts, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in testing
    • Participate in improving quality testing best practices
    • Be an ambassador for quality and articulate the importance to product development teams and internal partners
    • Nurture customer and stakeholder relationships
    • Craft effective communications to stakeholders, communicating on deployment progress through regular product roadmap updates
    • Ensure transparency, agreement, and understanding of team focus and direction among extended team members
    • Be the solution expert when dealing with specialists and important partners
    Minimum Qualifications 
    • 8-10 years product management experience preferably within software, SaaS, or e-commerce industries, minimum of 5 years of experience working on platform product management
    • University degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics)
    • Demonstrated experience working in matrixed organization
    • Ability to adapt communication for different audiences (technical/non-technical, business stakeholders, customers)
    • Deep expertise using data and evidence to propose novel solutions and make product recommendations
    • Desire to have impact on a critically important audience and make a difference in users' lives and on our outcomes
    • Experience working in Agile organizations
    • Prior experience shipping new technical horizontal solutions and digital experiences
    Preferred Qualifications
    • MBA and / or PMP certification (or related certifications) will be consider
    • Technical background and experience with end-to-end platform capability development and release
    • Mobile experience
    • Agile certification

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
