The preferred candidate will have experience working with core Finance datasets, designing & developing analytical tools and operational dashboards, and applying creative problem-solving and attention to detail to extract actionable insights. They will work closely with leaders and process owners within Finance to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. What you get to do in this role:

• Requirements understanding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, Finance and Revenue Accounting professionals, and IT, to understand business requirements and align analytics solutions with Accounting objectives.
• Dashboard Development, data analysis & Visualization: Design, develop and maintain functional and operational self-service dashboards and reports to support regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis requirements across Finance functions leveraging data visualization and analysis tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx and Business Objects. Partner with data architects and data modelers in IT to design the backend data model.
• Drive adoption: Support greater adoption of advanced analytics and automation to enable current and future processes to scale with business growth
• Process improvement and workflow automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement workflow automation solutions.
• Data analysis: Perform data analysis as needed using dashboard/report solutions to help Business Users to extract insights
• Experience with UX/UI process in Dashboard design is a plus; using design-led thinking, information design, and selection of appropriate visualizations.

Qualifications To be successful in this role you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field from a four-year university.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in a SaaS or PaaS company or business unit
• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards with these tools - Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP BOBJ, AlteryxSelf-motivated and highly organized with the ability to develop creative solutions and balance multiple requests
• Experience with AI/ML tools such as Python, Azure ML is a plus
• Experience with data modeling and knowledge of Cloud datawarehouses such as Snowflake is required
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
• Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
