Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience working as an individual contributor.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in operations, supplier/vendor, or service delivery management.
• Experience managing full-time employees.
• Experience in project or program management, setting up and executing projects and operational processes.
• Experience developing and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Monitor vendor work products using standardized metrics for quality, timeliness, volumes, cost, and more. 
• Define new workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, vendor management office, and contingent workforce services), and set up pilots/operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes to meet business needs, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver business reviews and lead recurring meetings with internal stakeholders, cross-functional team members, and external partners to achieve business goals.
