ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Plans, implements and manages control systems for manufacturing processes and administration processes

of changes; such as new product introduction, revision changes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assume any responsibilities and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor and complete them satisfactorily.

• Keep your work area in order and cleanliness.

• Follow the internal work regulations and the safety requirements established by the company.

• Actively participate in the improvement of the Quality/Safety and Environment Management System, based on the procedures and instructions, as well as sharing, understanding and complying with the Quality/Safety and Environment Policy.

• Define the controls to ensure the conformity of the product in each of the stages of the production process.

• Plans develops and implements control plans for materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products.

• Plans develops and implements control plans for systems changes, such as NPI and engineering changes.

• Ensure that product specifications are implemented in manufacturing processes.

• Participates and if necessary coordinates the validation of manufacturing processes.

• Participates in the coordination and implementation of introduction and changes in products and/or processes.

• Participation in the introduction of new products in review of documents, components and processes.

• Provide the necessary information to the auditors and quality technicians under their charge.

• Coordination and participation in corrective/preventive actions in the processes under his responsibility.

• Directs, supervises, monitors and coordinates assigned corrective and preventive actions.

• Determine if the manufacturing processes are capable of guaranteeing the required quality using quality tools such as R&R, capability studies, etc.

• Engineering Degree.

• English 80% minimum

• Personnel management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience.

• Excellent communication at all levels.
