Job Details

Minimum qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience with analysis applications (e.g., extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with the technical aspects of analytics, data science, and statistical methodologies, data management, as well as analytical and data visualization software tools.
  • Experience working in an enterprise setting, with knowledge of Data Management market segment and competitive dynamics/customer adoption behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and business teams.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

  • Define, own, and evolve product metrics, report, analyze, and forecast trends of key product metrics, and make recommendations. 
  • Work with data sets and develop solutions that can be executed for business growth, solve analysis problems, and perform leadership consulting across the Databases organization.
  • Identify business problems, process data and perform analysis, and communicate the results to stakeholders to inform the product direction.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data, tools, and methodology, and develop experimentation and measurement frameworks.
  • Define, analyze, and validate key metrics and hypotheses to inform decision-making and measure the accomplishments of product teams.
