Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English, Portuguese, and Spanish with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, social media advertising, and/or similar digital advertising products.
  • Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
  • Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and promoting.
  • Experience delivering insights from multiple data sources through communication and presentation.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work across the entire business cycle and plan, pitch together with sales teams, implement and optimize.
  • Analyze client’s business objectives and lead a holistic programmatic ad strategy in Display and Video 360.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with external clients to help them achieve success with their programmatic campaigns, driving product adoption and business growth.
  • Help product teams by identifying and defining feature requests and product feedback.
  • Collaborate with vendors and sales teams to drive growth plans of our advertisers.
