As a Salesforce Lead Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients by architecting innovative solutions utilizing Salesforce products and services. You will combine your technical expertise with your deep understanding of Salesforce to create tailored solutions that meet the unique business needs of our clients. Working closely with our sales and consulting teams, you will be instrumental in pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to potential customers. Your role is integral in showcasing the power and versatility of Salesforce, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-lasting business relationships. Requirements * A consistent track record of success in a similar role* Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting to a crowd of a thousand, a CxO* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively* Able to switch quickly between different modes of thinking and tasks* A self-starter, highly creative in assembling different tools, able to manage and prioritise effectively* Innovative – Stay at the forefront of technology and innovation. Propose new and creative solutions that leverage Salesforce platforms to solve complex business problems.* Have a proven track record of Working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Address client inquiries, perform technical assessments, and assist in proposal development.* Have deep technical expertise in any of the following industries (Business intelligence, CRM, Cloud Computing* Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)* 4+ years Experience in working with the Energy and Utility Sector* Fluency in English (any Eastern Europe language e.g Polish, Czech or others is a plus)   Qualifications: * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.* 4+ years experience in a presales role* Proven experience in solution engineering or architecture, specifically with Salesforce products.* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
