We are seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to manage and conduct user research with  multi-disciplined teams throughout the product development process. From discovery to implementation and continuous product improvement, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to uncover user insights that help us build better products. Join us in the transformation of the legal industry and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice of law. Role responsibilities:
    • Proven ability to interact with customers and empathize with their needs. 
    • Work alongside designers, product managers and other stakeholders in product teams to identify and enable research opportunities throughout the product design and development lifecycle.
    • Lead research studies using methodologies including generative design research and contextual inquiry, participatory design workshops, interviews, formative and summative usability studies, and quantitative methods, such as surveys and data analytics.
    • Lead empathy and design-thinking workshops to drive cross-functional collaboration that translates research findings into actionable product goals and direction.
    • Synthesize findings into meaningful themes and actionable insights, then expertly share these results with a variety of audiences, including key stakeholder updates.
    • Add to research findings with data from other sources including analytics, customer support records, sales contacts, etc.
    • Proactively look for opportunities to add to our customer knowledge outside of projects.
    • Evangelize customer insights with internal product and customer groups, leveraging cross-functional communication and collaboration methods.
    • Collaborate with UX Researchers and Designers across geographies to contribute to the team’s advancement develop new practices and methodologies, etc.
    • Coach and mentor others in the user experience team to contribute to Relativity’s ethos of continuous improvement and development
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, User Experience Design or Research, or similar discipline 
    • Experience working embedded in product teams
    • Experience working in SaaS products
    Minimum qualifications:
    • At least 5 years’ professional experience in user research with an emphasis on research related to software and digital experiences.
    • Experience planning and conducting user interviews and product concept testing and usability testing.
    • Experience working with Agile development environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Compensation:
    • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices
    • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 225 000 and 337 000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
