- Explore our clients’ data infrastructure and systems and build dashboards to deliver high quality, fit-for-purpose, and insightful data visualisations.
- Work with portfolio leads to build views that align to prioritised data use cases.
- Developing and uplifting QlikSense dashboards
- End-to-end responsibility to identify, develop, and distribute business insights and analytics to support a growth agenda.
- Deliver timely, accurate analysis and communicate insights to drive business performance.
- Lead the development of business intelligence standards for product portfolios.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to build and deliver fit-for-purpose reporting solutions.
- Solution-mindset – Applying creative problem-solving techniques and championing a client-first approach to customer insights when opportunities and challenges arise to meet specific business objectives.
- Active Contributor to Team Success – Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style. Able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Tenacity – Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently.
- Building Strategic Work Relationships - Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
- Driving Execution – Motivated by delivery and with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in SQL at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Experience working on data platforms like Teradata, with experience in any cloud environment highly preferred.
- Experience in data visualisation is required, QlikSense is highly preferred.
- Experience in analytics programming languages (e.g., Python, Pyspark) is highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in the ability to effectively communicate a story through data (visualisations, storytelling)
- Adept at data crunching, and passionate about unearthing significant patterns and meaningful insights.
- An eye for accuracy, the ability to self-manage multiple data sets and data requests, and flexibility to respond quickly.
- High performance delivery focus with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to make complex concepts accessible for business stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels without relying on hierarchy.
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, flexible style and able to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
