- Use defined templates, copy content from stakeholder documents and thoroughly QA work to ensure accuracy and error-free delivery of published pages
- Test pages for responsiveness/display and work with digital engineering partners to address discrepancies
- Support web backlog working in weekly sprints to deliver site enhancements while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment
- Provide recommendations for user experience and flow based on testing, customer feedback, and data to continually enhance the user journey
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing web and content production for an enterprise organization. Additional experience with Adobe Experience Manager is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of information architecture, user experience, interaction design, and visual design initiatives.
- Understanding of web image optimization and best practices and using various tools to deliver high-quality imagery with the least impact on performance
- Experience working in development, staging, and production environments of WordPress, and syncing changes across environments
- Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, manage time efficiently, and be a proactive communicator to stakeholders
- Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to "turn on a dime", think through problems to come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against very tight deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy
