Learn more about our DE&I initiatives, employee development programs and view our annual DE&I Report at moodys.com/diversity Responsibilities:Develop and implement automation test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Cypress.Design, execute, and maintain automated tests for web applications, REST APIs, and other software components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and test plans.Perform manual testing when necessary, including regression testing, smoke testing, and exploratory testing.Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.Proven experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cypress.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in testing RESTful services.Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams.Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
