The Salesforce LCA (Legal and Corporate Affairs) Operations Innovation Delivery & Data team is an integral part of our LCA organization, leading business transformation to optimize operations, drive innovation, and deliver data-driven intelligent solutions for scale and growth.Our LCA Ops Innovation Delivery & Data team is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce platform experience to work on operational support activities, build config-only solutions on our platform and contribute to projects that drive efficiency for our business partners and team.This role involves handling operational support requests, maintenance of existing Salesforce applications and services, and taking on light project work. This includes gathering business requirements, creating technical and functional process documentation, hands-on design, build, test, and deployment of solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, Salesforce platform experience, general data analytics or other technical background, good problem solving skills, and have a positive, customer-centric outlook.Responsibilities
- Handle operational ticket requests including user access, bug fixes, data issues, new features and enhancements, and general problem solving on Salesforce platform apps or third party applications that we support.
- Design, build, test and deploy Salesforce platform solutions
- Manage Salesforce Org operational tasks such as environment refreshes, data quality and access reviews
- Partner with our internal LCA teams, IT and/or other functions on issue resolution and closure
- Create, update and maintain operational procedure documentation
- Analyze and document business processes
- Develop data insights (reports and dashboards) to drive operational metrics and functional solutions
- Proven Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience and associated certifications (required)
- Experience in business analysis and process design (preferred)
- Experience in data analysis, including experience with analytics tools such as Salesforce Reports and Dashboards. Tableau experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of data structures, data flows, and principles of data confidentiality
- Experience in user, data and environment security, specifically on the Salesforce platform
- Organized, self-starter, results oriented, curious to innovate and problem solve
- Customer-service oriented with courtesy, respect and trust
- Strong communication skills including listening and ability to convey message
- 1-3 years of total work experience in related areas
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
